> Nothing made from me may be used in any blockchain-related technology (this includes; NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI art, or other similar and future technology)
> Art made from me is meant for PERSONAL USE If the art is meant for commercial use, a commercial fee will be discussed and added to the total price of the commission.
> Do not alter my watermark or the artwork itself. This includes editing or removing.
> Copying and tracing of the artwork (whether it is a work in progress update or the finished product) is not allowed.
> I may post the commission on social media platforms or be used in a portfolio.
> If the commission is to be posted on social media platforms, please credit me and do not claim the art to be made by you or another party.

Payment

> Payment will be done through PayPal using invoices.
> The payment will be the price of the art (approximately the base prices) + tax.
> Payment is mandatory after agreeing on an initial rough sketch (50% deposit minimum required)
> Refunds can be done if the artwork cannot be completed.
> If the commission is canceled before I begin to work on the commission or during the sketch process, you are eligible for a full refund (if you ended up paying first).
> If the commission is canceled after the sketch process, then a partial refund can be requested and discussed.
> No refunds after final artwork is completed.

Process and Delivery

> I will receive any form of references of your character (this will not have apply if the commission is of fan art of a character online or in real life), whether that is in detail writing of what you want, poor stick figures to represent poses, or character refs.
> After receiving references, I will get started on the commission when I can, and send back a rough sketch.
> When the client agrees to the initial rough sketch, payment is needed (I will send an invoice through PayPal after receiving PayPal information from the client), and no further work on the commission will be done until payment is received.
> Updates will be given throughout the process (approx. 2 weeks turnaround time, though this number may change throughout the year and depending on the complexity of the commission)
> If there are any delays in sending an update to you, or the final piece, I will stay in contact and let you know. Please do not rush me!
